What User Does

User enters their mobile number, email address, and PAN, then taps the "Send OTP" button to receive a one-time password for verification.

What System Verifies

System validates format, verifies PAN checksum pattern, applies rate-limits to prevent abuse, performs device fingerprinting, and dispatches OTP with latency under 3 seconds.
